Returns Policy  

As each item is produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. However, if your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. 

Shipping & Delivery Information  

Please note: Orders placed between 21 December and 5 January 2026 may take up to three weeks to be dispatched due to the Christmas break. Thanks so much for your patience!

Production & Dispatch

All items are printed to order. Each product is manually printed and packed by a trusted partner. Please allow 2–5 working days (outside of holidays) for production before your order is dispatched. Shipping times begin once your order leaves our fulfilment partner.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

• Standard (untracked) — economical delivery within the UK, usually 3–6 working days after dispatch. 

• Tracked / Signed — includes tracking and delivery confirmation, usually 2–4 working days after dispatch within the UK. 

• International (tracked) — delivery times vary by country, usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.  

Please note: exact courier may vary by destination and order size. During peak periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual.  

Packaging 

Items are securely folded and shipped in durable mailing bags or padded mailers to prevent damage and excessive creasing. Larger or multiple-item orders are packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight of the order. Actual costs are calculated at checkout. Typical shipping bands for T-shirts and hoodies: 

UK:

• up to 0.5kg — £3.50 (Standard) / £5.50 (Tracked)  

(Approx. 1 T-shirt)  

• 0.51–1.0kg — £4.50 (Standard) / £6.50 (Tracked)   

(Approx. 2 T-shirts OR 1 hoodie)  

• 1.01–2.0kg — £6.50 (Standard) / £8.50 (Tracked)  

(Approx. 2 hoodies OR 1 hoodie + 1 T-shirt) 

EU:

• up to 1.0kg — £8.50 (Tracked Only)  

(Approx. 1 hoodie OR up to 2 T-shirts)

• 1.01–2.0kg — £12 (Tracked Only)   

(Approx. 2 hoodies OR 1 hoodie + 1-2 T-shirts) 

Rest of the World:

• up to 1.0kg — £12 (Tracked Only)   

(Approx. 1 hoodie OR up to 2 T-shirts) 

• 1.01–2.0kg — £18 (Tracked Only) 

(Approx. 2 hoodies OR 1 hoodie + 1-2 T-shirts) 

Tracking & Returns 

Tracking is available for tracked deliveries if provided by our fulfilment partner and will be emailed once your order ships. We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items. Please see our Returns Policy for items that arrive faulty or damaged.
